Candlelight

As promised in the recent poll I give you the (somewhat) romantic piece of Iisjah

After an unfortunate meeting with some thugs he somehow got to Jessy Hanrahans place to recuperate.
He and Jessy share a romantic but loose relationship as both of them don't really have time or desire for anything serious at this moment in their lives.

Two hardest parts about drawing this:
1. Iisjah is not a real romantic beast - he's a bit awkward when faced with situations like these
2. One of the biggest problems with drawing those two together was the hight difference between them, as Jessy is about half a meter (or even slightly more) higher than Iisjah (who is actually quite short for an Islander). This is one of the reasons they are sitting

I actually intended this piece to have a lineart and be either a cell shade or slightly digital painted inside the lines but when I started painting the bed it didn't fit so well with the lineart I drew
I still get frustrated with conveying my style to painting though - I can't quite match the nuisances of my style in it - even with a precise lineart Plus I'm still not entirely satisfied with the stroke quality - I still need to get how to do those rough strokes I like so much in digital painting

But I hope it's at least a bit pleasant to look at xD
